Kim Pridgeon's love of dance began at the age of 3 in Columbia, SC with a tap class.
That one tap class has blossomed into a lifetime of dance. Kim brings 25 years of experience to our Studio. She truly enjoyed performing and was able to do that in festivals, nursing homes, theatres, and fashion shows around North and South Carolina.
Kim received a dance scholarship to Columbia College and studied under great teachers and choreographers. She added Contemporary movement to her talents while in College. In addition to her College studies, she is also certified by Dance Masters of America and has had the opportunity and pleasure to judge competitions throughout our area. She also inspired many at her church with Liturgical dance classes.
Her love for children shows as she feels it is a privilege to teach and encourage them with dance. Kim excels with teaching little ones but has taught all ages and all types of dance and acrobatics.
Kim's proudest accomplishment is raising her 3 girls. Sharing her love of dance with her family only strengthens her commitment to them. Kim has been a member of our dance studio family for many years. Her girls have grown up at the studio and our excited about Mom joining the teaching staff once again.
